Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zona 4 Limau menggandeng Asosiasi Profesi Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja dan Lingkungan (APK3L) kota Prabumulih bekerja sama dengan Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) menggelar pembinaan dan pelatihan sertifikasi kesehatan keselamatan kerja serta dasar – dasar penanggulangan kebakaran, bertempat di aula balai serbaguna desa Karya Mulya. Dilaksakan selama tiga Hari pdibuka pada hari Kamis sampai Sabtu 11/09/21
Yogi Astrada.ST., M.SI, selaku Pelaksana sekaligus ketua APK3L kota Prabumulih dalam pembukaan sambutanya melaporkan jumlah peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan ini yaitu 11 peserta dari beberapa desa seperti Karya Mulya, Kemang Tanduk, Tanjung menang, Sinar rambang dan desa lain sekitar Ring 1 kegiatan operasi Pertamina HRZ 4
Kegiatan yang di lakukan selama 3 hari tersebut di isi dengan materi standar Nasional Pada saat hari pertama pelatihan di isi dengan materi perihal regulasi K3 di Indonesia, pengelolaan APD di tempat kerja, dan Program Pelayanan Kesehatan Kerja.
Selanjutnya Hari kedua yaitu; Merancang Strategi Pengendalian Resiko di tempat Kerja, Melakukan Pengukuran faktor Bahaya di tempat kerja, Mengawasi pelaksanaan izin kerja, Melakukan komunikasi K3, Menerapkan Managejemen Resiko K3, Penanggulangan kebakaran lalu Praktek Penggunaan Alat Pemadam Api.
Dan Hari terakhir peserta melalui tahap, Pre Assesment dilanjutkan dengan Ujian Assesment by Assesor LSP – TTI. Pada tahapan ini ada potensi ketidak lulusan bagi peserta apabila nilai tidak mencukupi sesuai dengan standar kompetensi Nasional dari Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP)
Dengan pelatihan ini diharapkan para peserta dapat mengetahui cara penanggulangan apabila terjadi kebakaran, khususnya bagi warga sekitar daerah operasi PT.Pertamina asset 2 Field Limau.Hal tersebut disampaikan oleh Yogi Astrada selaku Ketua APK3L Kota Prabumlih saat Paparannya di hadapan para peserta
“Disini kami memberikan materi kepada peserta pelatihan bagaimana cara menanggulangi apabila terjadi kebakaran, diharapkan setelah mengikuti pelatihan peserta dapat menerapkannya di lingkungan masyarakat dan dunia Kerja. Para peserta ini juga akan diberikan sertifikat dari badan sertifikasi BNSP” Terang Yogi
Lanjut Yogi menambahkan Undang Undang No.1 tahun 1970 telah menjadi payung hukum K3L, Peraturan Presiden Nomor 34 Tahun 2014 tentang Pengesahan Convention Concerning The Promotional Framework For Occupational Safety And Health/convention 187, 2006 (konvensi Mengenai Kerangka Kerja Peningkatan Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja),
No. 88 tahun 2019 tentang Kesehatan Kerja. Permenakertrans RI No 3 Tahun 1978 tentang Penunjukan dan Wewenang Serta Kewajiban Pegawai Pengawas Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja dan Ahli Keselamatan Kerja. Permenaker RI No 5 Tahun 1996 tentang Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja.

Kelulusan ini juga akan di tindak lanjuti dengan pembentukan KAMPUNG TANGGAL BENCANA KEBAKARAN HUTAN” ,Tandas Ketua APK3L Yogi Astrada
Dihadiri oleh SekDisnakertran Hari Wahyudi, Norma Pengawas K3 Triananda, dari BNSP Drs. Anwar Malik.MSME Vivi Apriliyani staf RR dan Febriyan staf HSE dari PT. Pertamina EP Hulu Rokan Zona 4 Limau, pada kesempatan yang sama, senada mengatakan
“Pelatihan ini merupakan pelatihan kompetensi yang mana peserta akan mendapatkan sertifikasi dari badan sertifikasi BNSP juga pelatihan pemadaman kebakaran yang mana dapat menjadi modal dasar juga dalam pencegahan kebakaran lahan perkebunan dan hutan, sekaligus peluang dalam dunia Kerja ” kata Febriyan
Kegiatan ini mendapat apresiasi dari Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Prabumulih dan Norma Pengawas K3 Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Hal tersebut disampaikan Hari Wahyudi
