INFOMEDIAKOTA LUBUKLINGGAU, 14 Januari 2024 – PLN Unit Induk Distribusi Sumatera Selatan, Jambi, dan Bengkulu terus berkomitmen untuk memberikan layanan kelistrikan yang mudah, aman, cepat, dan tuntas untuk masyarakat melalui transformasi layanan digital PLN Mobile.

Aplikasi PLN Mobile menjadi solusi layanan resmi untuk berbagai kebutuhan kelistrikan yang dapat diakses kapanpun dan dimanapun, beberapa diantaranya pasang baru, tambah daya, dan sambung sementara. Platform digital ini memang drancang untuk memudahkan pelanggan mengakses layanan kelistrikan tanpa harus datang ke kantor PLN. Melalui aplikasi ini, pelanggan dapat mengajukan pemasangan sambungan listrik baru, mengatur penyesuaian daya listrik sesuai kebutuhan rumah tangga atau bisnis, mendapatkan sambungan listrik sementara untuk kebutuhan acara atau kegiatan tertentu, memantau status pengajuan layanan secara real-time, serta melakukan pembayaran tagihan listrik dan pembelian token listrik prabayar.

“Selain langsung melalui unit layanan, kita punya solusi layanan PLN Mobile yang resmi, aman, dan mudah bagi masyarakat. Jadi seharusnya masyarakat menghindari layanan kelistrikan illegal. Petugas kami selalu menggunakan seragam dan alat pelindung diri lengkap untuk memastikan keselamatan dan kenyamanan dirinya dan pelanggan, sementara petugas illegal tidak demikian. Selain melanggar aturan, pemasangan listrik illegal ini memiliki risiko dan bahaya karena tidak sesuai SOP” tegas Julnansyah.

General Manager PLN UID S2JB, Adhi Herlambang, menambahkan, jika menemukan aktivitas kelistrikan yang mencurigakan atau ilegal, masyarakat dapat segera melaporkan melalui PLN Mobile, Call Center PLN 123, atau mendatangi kantor PLN terdekat. Semua laporan akan ditindaklanjuti secara cepat dan profesional.
